"Click bad reviews and believe them!!! Absolutely horrible experience asked for a quote then asked to start it sooner and was told by myrella "I can submit the request to have the effective date changed for 3/17, however it can take a couple weeks for corporate to process the update. You will get both sets of documents once fully processed. I do suggest you wait to cancel your old policy so there’s no DMV issues." . Now Cynthia tells me they covered me since then even though I never gave payment and never agreed to coverage. Horrendous bait and switch used car salesmen tactic do NOT go here !!!!! Also refused to give me corporate number (ask for escalation). Now sent a bill which corporate told me not pay."
